Howard, who lives outside Philadelphia in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania,[3] was married to Lori McCommas for 14 years.[10] The couple has three children: two daughters (Aubrey and Heaven) and a son (Hunter). Howard and his wife divorced in 2003 and remarried again in 2005, but have since separated. Press reports have since noted that Howard is "trying to reunite" with his wife, and that he has stated that he is "chasing after" her.[5] His wife was born Jewish but is raising their children asJehovah's Witnesses.[11] In an interview with NPR, he said he wanted to become a Jehovah's Witness as well.[12]
In February 2009 it was reported on the The Smoking Gun that Howard was arrested in 2001 for a variety of charges related to a violent attack on his estranged wife, including simple assault, terroristthreats, harassment and stalking. According to police reports, he arrived at her house after an argument on the phone, forced entry into her home by breaking in doors, and chased her into the back yard where he punched her twice in the face with a closed fist. The violent attack ended when Howard's brother stopped it. In 2002 he pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.[13]
These issues came to light after he reportedly downplayed singer Chris Brown's 2009 arrest for attacking his girlfriend Rihanna. When Howard was asked about the allegations of domestic violenceagainst Brown, he told a reporter from Hollywood.tv "It's just life, man. Chris is a great guy. He'll be all right, and Rihanna knows he loves her, you know? They'll be all right."[14]
Apple iPhone finally arrived at technology hub Koreaamidst helium-filled balloons, flashing strobe lights, a blaring rock band and long lines of people who were waiting for 26 hours.
Korea's second largest carrier KT Corp. will sell top of the line iPhone 3GS 32 GB at $317 (about 370,000 Korean won) or $38 (about 45,000 Korean won) per month two year plan. The unit becomes free for a $112 a month plan. This is already considered cheap. More than 53,000 units have been pre-ordered.
The arrival of iPhone will shakeup the mobile industry currently controlled by Samsung and LG (world's number 2 and 3 respectively after Nokia). The two mobile companies share 400,000 smartphone users and 4.7 million regular handset users. SK Telecom, the largest carrier on Korea, already dropped prices for Samsung Omnia to keep up with competition.
The sale of the phone in South Korea is seen on how the iPhone will do well in Asia after the dismal welcome it received in China where a unit is being sold at $1,172.
AT&T-iPhone Marriage Might End in June 2010According to analyst Brian Marshall
Apple's iPhone is, undoubtedly, one of the most popular mobile phones available on the market at the moment. Given the fact that a wide range of users are attracted to it, it is understandable that carriers are also trying to have it available in their offering. The iPhone can prove a very strong source of revenues, yet the exclusivity deals Apple signed with various carriers around the world limit both operators' and users' access to it. However, Apple has recently begun to offer a wider range of carriers in various markets around the world the possibility to sell the iPhone, and most of you might already know that O2 UK is no longer the exclusive carrier for the iPhone in the country. Based on this move, it might be only a matter of time before we learn that AT&T has also lost the exclusivity rights on Apple's device in the US. "Marshall has been pushing heavily for Apple to begin selling the iPhone through Verizon Wireless, which has been floated for months as a possible partner. During the interview, Marshall also made a few other assertions. He said that Apple gets a $450 subsidy from AT&T for each iPhone it sells, but that after June the subsidy will drop to $300 for all carriers. However, he said expanding the number of carriers selling the iPhone would ultimately result in more sales and more revenues for Apple," a recent post on fiercewireless states. It seems that Apple is currently considering the transition to a new approach when it comes to the availability of its iPhone on various markets, namely to have it at more than one carrier, Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster has reportedly stated. This is something that should boost Apple's market share a lot, and the idea is already proven by theperformance of the handset in France, where it is available at the moment via three carriers, and the UK, where it can be purchased from two operators.
Let's face it, your iPhone doesn't draw the kind of attention it used to now that everyone has one. Maybe it's time to up your game to this blinged out iPhone. Surely you have a spare £1.92m (That's $3.2m) to drop on this thing.
It is the shiny hellspawn of Goldstriker's Stuart Hughes, who took 10 months to create it. Yeah, he's a little slow as well as unimaginative. It was commissioned by an anonymous Australian gold mining magnate, which makes perfect sense since the phone features a bunch of gold and diamonds as well as a single cut rare 7.1 carat diamond in the home button.

Hello from BabyCenter!
By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb.

Help for breathlessness, and why your baby kicks at night
To accommodate you and your baby's growing needs, your blood volume has increased 40 to 50 percent since you got pregnant. With your uterus pushing up near your diaphragm and crowding your stomach, the consequences may be shortness of breath and heartburn. To help relieve your discomfort, try sleeping propped up with pillows and eating smaller meals more often.
Breathlessness
Huffing and puffing more than usual? To cope:
• Take it slow. Be realistic about what you can and can't do, and listen to your body. If an activity seems too taxing, it is.
• Watch your posture. Your lungs will have more room to expand if you hold your shoulders back to keep from slumping over.
• Prop yourself up. You may find that you're able to breathe more deeply at night if you elevate your head and chest with extra pillows. You may have increasing lower-back pain as your pregnancy advances. Both hormonal and other factors may be contributing to this discomfort: Hormones make your ligaments more lax, your abdominal muscles are stretched, your growing uterus may put pressure on some nerves, and the extra weight you're carrying up front changes your posture and further strains your back. You might feel some pain in your buttocks and thighs as well.
Why does my baby always kick at night? Many moms-to-be report that their babies seem more active at night, but why this is, nobody knows. The traditional explanation has been that pregnant women are more likely to notice movement when they're still and quiet. But at least one study has found a different answer: Researchers in Canada monitored pregnant women on bed rest and determined that their babies were most active late at night — even when their mothers spent 24 hours a day lying flat. One possible explanation for this is that babies like to move, and when you're sleeping, your baby has more incentive to move on her own, according to Dr. Mark Taslimi, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, California.
Staying Fit:Exercise for when you're dog tired
When you're exhausted, the last thing you want to do is get off the couch to exercise. But getting your heart rate up can be just the thing you need to pick up your energy. Surprisingly, all it takes is 15 minutes of movement. "Exercise is nature's Prozac," says Helene Byrne, perinatal exercise specialist and personal trainer. "Just put on some music and get your groove on in the comfort of your own living room." (One caution: Avoid jerky movements when you're struttin' your stuff; they can add stress to your abdomen and back.) Can't dance at work? Walk around the block or up a few flights of stairs. Stick some baby wipes in your bag in case you work up a sweat and need to towel off. And don't be surprised if you become so energized after 15 minutes that you keep going for 15 minutes more.

Buying Guide: Baby CarriersFor trips to the store or walks around the neighborhood, a carrier is a great alternative to a stroller since it leaves your hands free. Because the experience is more intimate than with strollers, carriers can help calm fussy infants. Consider This: With carriers, comfort is key, especially as your baby grows. Just like parents, carriers come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so you may find that one or another fits and feels better. Be sure to read other parents' comments in our Store. How do you help anxious pregnant women?
Erica Breneman
Obstetrician in Oakland, California, and mother of oneI spend time reassuring worried patients that they're doing a good job of providing a nurturing and safe environment for their babies. I try to get to the root of the worries and see if the patient has had a past experience leading to the concerns. I also try to make myself available for questions. If a woman seems excessively worried, I might recommend consultation with a therapist who can help her develop techniques to reduce anxiety. MaryJane Lewitt
Certified Nurse-Midwife in Atlanta, Georgia, and mother of twoFor those who are worried about everything, remember you're not alone. Your mother and grandmothers all experienced pregnancy and birth, and so did their mothers and grandmothers, and they had far fewer medical options and interventions than we have today. Take pride that you are now part of this incredible history. Samantha Maplethorpe
Family Physician in Issaquah, Washington, and mother of threeAllowing yourself to worry too much isn't good for you or your baby. While it's important to discuss your feelings and be in touch with what's worrying you, we can't control the outcome of things by worrying about them. I generally ask women to start a worry journal where they write down all the little and big things that are troubling them. (They can share it with their partner or with me or not.) Then I ask them to leave their worries in the journal and not let them continue to crowd their daily thoughts. This seems to help alleviate some of the constant concerns. If you feel the worrying you're doing is getting extreme, talk to someone like your healthcare provider about it. Meanwhile, try to relax and enjoy this unique and special time in your life.

10 RULES FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER AT MY HOUSE
1. Don't get in line asking questions about the food. "Who made the potato salad? Is it egg in there? Are the greens fresh? Is the meat in the greens turkey or pork? Who made the macaroni and cheese? What kind of pie is that? Who made it? Ask one more question and I will punch you in your mouth, knocking out all your fronts so you won't be able to eat anything.
2. If you can't walk or are missing any limbs, sit your butt down until someone makes your plate for you. Dinner time is not the time for you to be independent. Nibble on them pecans and walnuts to hold you over until someone makes you a plate.
3. If you have kids under the age of twelve, I will escort their little butts to the basement and bring their food down to them. They are not gonna tear my house up this year. Tell them that they are not allowed upstairs until it's time for Uncle Butchie to start telling family stories about their mommas and papas. If they come upstairs for any reason except for that they are bleeding to death, I will tear their butts up and you better not ask why!
4. There is going to be one prayer for Thanksgiving dinner! JUST ONE! We do not care that you are thankful that your 13 year old daughter gave birth to a healthy baby or your nephew just got out of jail. The time limit for the prayer is one minute. If you are still talking after that one minute is up, you will feel something hard come across your lips and they will be swollen for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Finish everything on your plate before you go up for seconds! If you don't, you will be asked to stay your greedy butt home next year!
6. BRING YOUR OWN TUPPERWARE!! Don't let me catch you fixing yourself a plate in my good Tupperware knowing that I will never see it again! Furthermore, if you didn't bring anything over, don't let me catch you making a plate period or it will be a misunderstanding. And why are you making plates before you eat? You never bring a dish or offer a dime do you?
7. What you came with is what you should leave with!! Do not leave my house with anything that doesn't belong to you. EVERYBODY WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A BODY SEARCH COMING AND GOING OUT OF MY DOMAIN!!!
8. Do not leave your kids so you can go hopping from house to house. This is not a
9. BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM BEFORE YOU COME INTO TOWN!! There will be no sleeping over at my house! You are to come and eat dinner and go home or to your hotel room. EVERYBODY GETS KICKED OUT AT 11:00 pm. You will get a 15 minute warning bell ring.
10. Last but not least! ONE PLATE PER PERSON!! This is not a soup kitchen. I am not trying to feed your family until Christmas dinner! You will be supervised when you fix your plate. Anything over the appropriate amount will be charged to you before you leave. There will be a cash register at the door. Thanks to Cousin Alfred and his greedy family, we now have a credit card machine! So VISA and MASTERCARD are now being accepted. NO FOOD STAMPS OR ACCESS CARDS YET!
Every night before you fall asleep, give heartfelt thanks for the
wonderful day you just had (no matter what kind of day you had). Think
about the next day, and intend that it is going to be wonderful.
Intend that it is going to be the best day of your life. Intend that
it is going to be filled with love and joy. Intend that all good is
coming to you and everything is going to flow perfectly, etc. Then
when you wake in the morning, BEFORE you get out of bed, again declare
your intentions for the day and give deep thanks as though you have
received them all. As you do this, you will begin to create your life
deliberately, and you will experience firsthand the power that is
within you to create the life you want.

Elephants, giraffes and cheetahs.
Oh my, how do I find them all?
At the Houston Zoo, anyone with an iPhone or iPod Touch can log onto a new application for a hand-held guide from the meerkats to Toby the red panda.
It even offers a real-time, GPS-guided map to the nearest restrooms, handy when nature calls the human cubs that roam the zoo.
"The issue of not knowing where you're going, the iPhone eliminates that," said Michael Reina, who helped launch zoo's new toy.
The Houston Zoo officially rolled out the app on Tuesday, but those in the know have been able to try it out for about a week. It was developed by the zoo's marketing department as a way to keep visitors moving smoothly and regulars up to date on all the latest zoo news.
"We have people who are fans of Toby or Tucker the baby elephant so it's neat to have that," said Kelly Russo, the zoo's director of interactive marketing.
To test the new app, Russo and Reina took a recent tour of the zoo, iPhones in hand.
From the "Plan Your Day" thatched kiosk, the duo touched a screen and found the nearest animals. Then they picked the one they wanted to visit first and plotted a course. They also looked up the day's can't-miss talks and events and determined where they wanted to go and when.
From there it was off to the Anatolian Shepherds, past the meerkats and cheetahs.
They also punched pin codes into the "Friend Finder" feature so they could keep up with each other when they briefly split up. Tip from Reina: Visitors might want to be sure to charge the phone before they leave so it doesn't conk out on them as his did.
But in working order, the feature "will be a really good thing for a husband and wife who come with their kids and split up," Reina said.
The app has videos including on of Shanti the elephant kissing the camera, schedules of daily events and inside info on Toby, Tucker and other zoo superstars, Russo said. So far information on 100 animals is loaded up.
"We wanted people to be able to go home and experience the zoo," she said.
So with all these zoo details available at the touch of a finger, why drag the kids off the sofa when a beleaguered parent can just hand them the iPhone and be done with it?
Because, Russo said, nothing beats seeing a giraffe bath or a cheetah on the prowl up close and personal.

WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:
Men Are Just Happier People -- What do you expect from such simple creatures? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth.. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character. Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet. One mood all thetime.
Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.
Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.
You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.
No wonder men are happier.

US regulator the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has launched an investigation into competition in the country's wireless sector, the Financial Times reports. The market is dominated by the 'big four' operators - AT&T, Sprint Nextel, T Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless - which together account for 92.78% of the 270 million strong customer market. Consumer advocates and smaller mobile network operators have complained that the wave of consolidation that has swept through the US mobile industry, including deals such as Verizon's 2008 acquisition of Alltel and Sprint's purchase of pre-paid MVNO Virgin Mobile USA, has damaged competition and put too much power in the hands of the major operators. The inquiry will also study the effects of handset exclusivity agreements and long-term contracts on the market, as well as whether larger cellcos damage competition by charging high fees for connecting rivals' calls over their networks and for using lines that carry data for wireless internet services. Julius Genachowski, FCC Chairman, said that the probe will look 'broadly at all of the elements that affect what we understand to be the mobile marketplace.'
Setting: Christian speaking to a non-believer, who wants proof, that
GOD exists.
One of my teachers said, "We're taking a bet that God is real":
I can't prove that God exist. And you can't prove that he
doesn't. It's not our place to try and prove that He exists. It's
our place to simply have faith that God IS REAL, and that Jesus Christ
is Lord and our personal savior from the grip of sin.
My non-believing friend:
I don't blame you, if you don't believe in God; it may be foolish
to you right now. I was once in your similar position. Asking pastors
various questions, not to get them to prove that God exist, but to
simply have them to answer, because of my curiosity. However, I got
some questions answered the rest were not like the one where I asked:
What was here first dinosaurs or humans? Sometimes I asked differently
were they both on earth together? I get silence, and their conscience
begin rambling to the Book of Genesis to the beginning where Gods Word
talks about the creation of the Heavens and the earth and everything
in between. They didn't know then and still don't have a clue. But
did that lead them to not believe in God. NO! Why? Because they
realize, that it doesn't matter what question or whatever happens,
they still know that God IS REAL, without any doubting. My mind
couldn't comprehend that, leaving me to wonder and ask myself "how
could they believe in something that they can't even prove that
exists" Then that's what I realize at age 18 that…
You have to wait on His divine appointment for Him to reveal Him-self
to you as your personal savior. Afterwards it becomes your choice to
believe and have have faith. Moreover; every Christian has had their
personal appointment with the Father. It may take this conversation,
another day, or months, possibly even years for you to ever experience
the Love God has for His children.
On the other hand:
You may never experience being a Christian. Why? Because either your
pride, or pure disobedience, no one knows but you.
Willing to risk knowing God, and His love? :
Because you rather have proof that He exist. I tell you what, take a
picture of wind itself. You can't can you! You know why, because
it's invisible/ unseen. Do you believe that it creates storms?
Didn't you see what Hurricane Katrina did to Louisiana?
I'll leave you with this:
If you believe in those things, believing without proof of its
existence isn't hard after all, now is it? All I'm trying to say is
basically Keep your eyes on a watch and your ears open to hear from
God! Life's purpose is to Hear from God, and Do what's said!

I was in the restaurant today at lunch when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to fart.
The music was really, really loud, so I timed my farts with the beat.
After a couple of songs, I started to feel better. I finished my food and noticed
that everybody was staring at me. Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to my iPod.
Enjoy the rest of your day!!!!

Reflection:
Nehemiah Chapter 9 represents to me needed reminders that God is the
miracle maker, the reason why we are alive and the way maker out of no
way. God is the One. The one that we rely on; for the sun light to
grow our daily foods, etc. God is the source and sometimes that can
slip from a persons mind. God is making this happen. The world turning
in a tilted fashion but very accurately is His doing. We're not
falling off the earth even though the people on the side or at the
bottom of the earth are positioned sideways or complete upside down
when looking from space to the earth. Gravity exist because of God.
The sun doesn't cook us like Bar B Q because of God. I believe it's
written in the book of Jeremiah: man is without excuse when it comes
to believing in God.
So that basically means that we/ me and you have much evidence that
God exist, we're able to not believe. We cannot not believe in God.
Knowing that God can do all of this keeps me under His leadership,
makes believeing in Him a lot easier during tuff times. Placing my
trust in Him without fuss is easier because I know God is in control.
Things I'm going to do when life doesn't seem "A" PLUS:
Reflect on God creation process: how did He come up with wind for an
example. Wind is unseen; just like God who is unseen as well but both
exist.
Going to reflect on other things like the oxygen we breathe in on
earth. Oxygen to my knowledge is located at everysingle part of earth.
Knowing that God is everywhere at one time is mind blowing for some.
But just like oxygen being available everywhere on earth. God is as
well.
I'm going to reflect on God and how He allows beings / babies to be
born in the belly of a mother and not hurt the mother at all through
the process while in the belly. A human inside of another human...I
mean WOW. That reminds me of His Holy Spirit that is within us which
represents another being inside of another being. I really enjoy the
author of Nehemiah Chapter nine bringing those very important points
up about what God has done for them.
The purpose behind reflecting on God goodness and inteligence make so
called "bad days or moments bearable or very small". It refreshes my
thinking to remind myself if God can do or handle that then He surely
can handle my situation.
Even though the people the author was referring to made themselves a
idol and worshipped it instead of worshipping God reminds us that we
have and will make some silly choices in life. The crazy part is that
the people the author is referring to seen first hand the many
miracles of God. For example if I seen a ocean slipt into two and make
me walk way to walk through it to the otherside as they had seen. God
would have no problem out of me believing Him. But many miracles have
happened in our lives and we have stumbled and went astray. God is
forgiving and compassionate as the devotion said today... Be Reminded
of that.
It's never to late to come to God.
God I come to you asking to help me in ministering to others the
unbelievable parts of God more practical as a result encouraging one
to trust and believe in You. -James

Verses that stuck out today:
1 Corinthians 7:
32But I want you to be free from concern. One who is unmarried is
concerned about the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord;
33but one who is married is concerned about the things of the world,
how he may please his wife,
When I read this verse I asked myself , "How true is this scripture,
outside of it being written in the bible? How true is this scripture
in my life considering I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary of
marriage August 9?
I must say the author, who is probably Paul was on point for sure.
Because you would think that I will be drove to the bible for
knowledge and so forth during the first year of marriage. However I
read and studied the bible less after I got married because I was
naturally focused on so many other things. I would like to blame it on
the transition from living in one state and moving to the other but,
no excuse. I simply focused on the provisioning of my wife and myself
more. I prayed more thats for sure. However that was then and this is
now.
My wife and get up and do the devotion before starting our day. I love
studying the bible with others because they find other scriptures
impacting than the one that I thought was impacting. In addition, when
studying the bible with your wife it is a treat and a honor, because
we are family. We are holding eachother accountable. Baby McCauley God
willing who will be joining the family January 20, 2010 doctors said,
is inside the womb getting feed the word. However Baby McCauley is in
Shevon womb with God as He molds and fashion the body of our child as
the book of Jeremiah puts it. Now how did I get on this subject?
The scripture is giving a contrast for the unmarried and married
devotion to the Lord. Paul wasn't a hater of marriages, he simply
didn't want anything distracting the devotion towards the Lord. As he
puts it marriage would do just that as I can see first hand what's he
is referring too.
As many parents already know, when the baby gets here Shevon and I
have to remain even focused on God more when it comes to devotion and
reading and studying the bible. However God is in control and knows
the now and then and will bless and minister to us through the
different channels of life. Thank you God for your provisioning and
leadership in our daily life. -James

Scriptures: Ezra 10:1-44; 1 Corinthians 6:1-20; Psalm 31:9-18; Proverbs 21:3 (New American Standard Bible)
The idea of God being everywhere at all times is a mind-blowing thought. God is everywhere at one time and God knows what's going on at all times. Even though the facts get even deeper than that. Its always refreshing that God is within us as Christians. Also, our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. What I see the Holy Spirit is see, What I don't see the Holy Spirit see. What I'm not suppose to be doing the Holy Spirit is not proud of me doing it. All of this convicts naturally come to mind because what I think the Holy Spirit is aware of. My thoughts are not hidden from the Holy Spirit. The good ones the bad ones are all seen by God. That could be a very good or bad thing. The legendary unique scripture to me that out shines the rest was:
1 Corinthians 6
19Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?
Thankfulness.
Paul was a very influential Christian during the bible days even until
now. He encourages us to be imitators of himself. I thought that was
very informative considering much of the bible is like an biograghy or
autobiography of what Paul has done for the Lord. Giving us a clear
view of a non believer conversion and life as a believer of Jesus
Christ. The trouble that Paul was creating for the Christian people
back then didn't last long however the investments of Paul words that
God placed on Paul heart has blessed billions of peoples.
Psalm 30 says:
4 Sing praise to the LORD, you His godly ones,
And give thanks to His holy name
5 For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for a lifetime;
Weeping may last for the night,
But a shout of joy comes in the morning.
Life can get a bit difficult at times. Speed bumps upgrade to
mountains of tempation and adversity or the feeling of defeat. Don't
let anything discourage you, remain focused. However, God favor is for
a lifetime, weeping may last for a night, but a SHOUT of joy is coming
in the morning. To me "the night" represents the ending. "The morning"
represents the new, the refresh, the beginning, the start, the
positive, the day of God encouraging/ controlling my mind and actions.
A "SHOUT of joy" what's the difference between a whisper and a SHOUT.
The obvious answer is one is louder than the other. Another difference
is when a person normally SHOUT it's because of uncontrolable emotion
that's express with much energy, in most cases full of joy. Going from
weeping the night before to SHOUTING with joy in the morning is a huge
transition. Some would blame it on the lottery if you asked them what
could cause weeping one night to SHOUTING with joy the next morning.
But as the scriptures put it- God is the answer! Is God important to
you? Is being able to wake up another day considered a blessing to
you? Do you dwell of all the provisionings God has provided for you?
Do you appreciate the honor of being a Christian? Is God apart of your
daily life? Life without God is pointless. Be sure to Thank Him today
because it could be a lot worse than what it is.
God I thank and praise you for waking me up today so that Your Holy
Spirit can input spiritual truths within me. -James

Control
To me majority of the verses was shining light on the fact that God is
in control of everything. Everything summarizes situations in life,
people, nature, spiritual and the physical realm, etc. Pretty much
everything! God does what God wants to do. The verses today also
confirm that God uses us as vessels/ middle men to get things done for
Him. Rather if it's ministering, building, praying, etc.
When I was done reading todays devotion the first thing that I thought
was I am glad that I'm able to worship and praise God, instead of
directing praise and worship towards an object, another human, or
myself. When I praise God there isn't any guilt or conviction- it's
the opposite: encouragement and peace when worshipping God. As humans
we need to release sincere worship to something. And as the word makes
it clear that God is the only one deserving of praise. That should
give us calmness and better understanding of how God is in control
versus placing our hopes in many different aspects of life like
vehicles, famous people, miniture statues and such. Yes God is too
glorious to be seen as the bible has put it. That's okay I haven't
physically seen God before but I know that He is by my side.
We have one God as I was telling someone on Twitter and within our one
God - He is the: one to worship, one to serve, one to praise, one that
we can place our full trust in and not have a pocket of doubt hidden.
We can have confidence in God. We can chat/ pray to God out loud or by
whispering, or thinking mentally. God is that powerful and that much
in control that He can comprehend the billions of people praying and
never miss a beat. God will never be late, he is always on time. God
is in control of generations to come. The molding of the child in the
womb. I can explain away on how much of control God has for days
because he is in control of that much. Ours mind cannot fully
comprehend it as the word explains it.
Below are somethings that we should do because of God controlling
supernatural powers:
Not worry so much or don't worry at all about anything
Trust God with full confidence
Pray to God first before asking your peers
Nothing in your life is too great for God to handle
True peace is knowing that God is in control
Seek God for proper counseling
Get to know God via the bible
God may You continue to keep us close and in tune with Your purpose
for our lives. -James

THE REMEDY
These verses are on the list for most quoted verses of the bible.
These are the verses that people will probably be familiar with, if
heard.
I began to reflect when reading how much of an honor it is to know
these verses at least on a "I'm familiar with or heard them before
basis". Just like these scriptures in the bible - God places in us
jewels and nuggets that we don't clearly know were in us. I was
praying after the reading of the devotion, for God to pull the jewels
and nuggets that He wants my family to know individually about
oursleves to our attention.
Praying: God allow me to fully honor You and bless You with everything
we have to give. Even what we don't know we have; may we honor You
with that somehow as well.
There were many verses that really stuck out to me during the reading
of todays word. But there were two verses that I can almost remember
word for word. The verses that made a nice size impression on me today
was:
2 Chronicles 36:
15 The LORD, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and
again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and
on His dwelling place;
16 but they continually mocked the messengers of God, despised His
words and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose
against His people, until there was no remedy.
The words that help me relate within these verses are:
sent word to them again and again:
I immediately thought to myself "Now how many times in life has God
had to consistently send the word to me again and again?" This sending
process of the word being sent from God, automatically registered in
my head as" you better listen up to God because He want you to stop
doing something immoral or else!" The many convictions that would take
place in my mind, symbolized as the warnings from God Himself.
compassion on His people:
"Why does God warn?" was a thought that I also had, but the answer
was near. God has compassion thats why He warns! So much compassion
that He warns us so many times before He disciplines us.
but they continually mocked the messengers of God:
It was sad to see that they mocked the messengers of God in the verse,
but once again questioning myself "Have I mocked God before?" Its sad
to know my response.
the wrath of the LORD arose against His people:
Now God has shown me the blueprint on how He can handle disobediant,
ignorant mockers who don't want to do right by His word. Now
reflecting to myself the bible day and times were a bit different then
than our time and day -now. The culture was different then and the
hearts and minds, thoughts and actions of the disobediant, ignorant
mockers may have been consistant or on the path of non believers or
such. Now I totally believe in God a full 100%. However even though
the culture was different the verses and the and situation is still
vaild, showing us on how God can discipline us as mankind.
Which brings up the core lesson I've learned here:
Read God Word Daily,
Respect God and His Word Daily
Repent to God Daily
Represent God Daily
Repeat Remedy Daily
